Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Your Move Marketing collects through yourmovemarketing.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Your Move Marketing is an international marketing advisory run by Ron Simchi in Israel. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at ron@yourmovemarketing.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your first and last name and email address
• If you choose to add them, your company or brand, phone number, the service you're interested in and your target markets
• The message you write to us

Sending us this information is voluntary. Your name, email and message are needed so we can reply. Without them we can't respond to your enquiry.

Like any website, the servers that host this site may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together
• To prepare a proposal or agreement if you ask for one
• To keep a record of our correspondence

We don't sell your information, we don't use it for automated decision-making, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your separate permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website, and they process information on our behalf:

• Wix.com hosts the website and stores contact form submissions. A Wix script runs on every page to connect the site to Wix's services. Wix may store data on servers outside Israel, under its own security and data-transfer safeguards.
• Google Fonts supplies the website's typeface. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for security and for the site to work. The contact page saves a temporary visitor token in your browser's storage so the form can be sent. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete them.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to:

• See the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Have your information deleted
• Object to or restrict how we use it, where the law allows

To make a request, email ron@yourmovemarketing.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to Your Move Marketing. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
